How To Live a Long Healthy Life Part 2

Spiritual wellness is also part of healthy living and how to live a long healthy life not only physical wellness because it holds your way of thinking and emotion which could affect your physical body.

In terms of Spiritual Wellness

In terms of spiritual health, that is mind and emotion wellness, like on physical health you must also be true to who you are inside. Contradicting your inner senses and sensation will bring a mental and emotion havoc on yourself bringing forth the popular anxiety disorder disease and insanity as well. Mental and emotional congestion and suppression will clogged you thinking and feelings like a clogged nose which impairs breathing well. You got to free yourself from mental and emotional stress before it becomes a mental disease. You don’t have to suppress who you are inside only because of moral restrictions because morality comes into real effects on you if you free yourself from being stapled by religious moral obligations imposed by whatever religion you are in. Morality is not a religious obligation that when you fail to do it, you will be guilty of sin or whatever that stresses you to make repentance else you will be punish.

How to live a long healthy life is not only a matter of physical health maintenance but also mind and emotion wellness. For sometimes physical illness are just psychosomatic in nature, that is, it is only in your mind that creates reaction to your body. One of the great example of a psychosomatic illness are the heart palpitations and shortness of breath (which often mistaken sometimes to a respiratory problem if the person has no any history of respiratory illness) brought by anxiety and fear when you are so very fearful and anxious of thing or event, your heart tends to palpitate and your breath started to be shallow as if you are being suffocated. But this is just a normal mind-body sensation every one of us felt. As we all know, the major factor that contribute to mental and emotion illness is stress, especially negative stress. Negative approach on life could really hamper our mental thinking and emotional responses.

Filling your mind with negativity almost every day is like killing yourself by installment method. For filling your mind everyday with negativity or negative mindset is like filling your body with toxic that could eventually poison you and kill you; for not only negativity ruins your thinking, it could also affect your physical health, your social life or your social interaction, your family, friends, and love one. Who can withstand a man like you who is filled with negative frequencies? If your fellowmen could not withstand your negativity much more is your own physical body that reacts to what you think? Obviously, negativity is not a healthy living way of life, thus you must stop it before it short-circuits your chances to live long, if you still want to live long and live easy life.

However, there is an involuntary filing of negative stuff which even though you don’t like it, it forcibly fed to you. This involuntary filling of negativity comes into six types, namely (1) brought by natural disasters and calamities,(2) family conflicts,(3) work –job conflicts,(4) personal conflicts,(5) love life conflicts, and (6) social conflicts.

Yes no matter how you keep your wellness composure, these six conflicts we struggle everyday will crack it, unless you keep your wellness composure under control and under guard and able to live a healthy life. The ability to control your mind and able to manage your stress properly is the key to have a healthy mind and emotion and able to live easy amidst so many stressful things and situations lingering around you.

 

How To Live a Long Healthy Life

To live a healthy life has requirements that one must follow if one want to live a long healthy life.

There is only a simple logic which one could use as a guideline how one could live a healthy life or how to live a long healthy life, that is follow your nature. Yap, follow who you are or in short be true to yourself and live long healthy life and happy long life as well. I know you have been wondering how ambiguous this logic in terms of nutrition and fitness and of course, of healthy living. However, it is not, let me explain to you how this applies on how to live a long healthy life and how this simple logic will makes your life easy or enables you to live easy and happy healthy life.

In terms of physical health, you must be true to the nature of your physical body. If you put into your bodily system contrary to its nature, for sure you will get sick easy because alien foods contrary to the nature of your bodily system will make war against your body’s natural defense warriors; and perchance your natural defense system will collapse if the invading aliens were stronger, unless you fortified and reinforce your natural defense system. The natural defense system of your body what I am talking about is of course your immune system. We all know that our immune system is our first line of defense against our invading virus and bad bacteria in our system. Thus, it is important to reinforce and strengthen it always in order for us to stay healthy. And in order to reinforce it and strengthen it, that is, eat foods that are natural and not in contradictory to your bodily system, especially your immune system. In short, follow your nature’s calling in order to reinforce your natural bodily systems, naturally. For if you feed and strengthen you bodily systems in proportion to its natural needs, you will live long and will be able to live a healthy life.

Nature food or natural foods like vegetables and fruits and natural grains and legumes which are not synthetically and chemically made or manufacture, unless you are buying fruits and vegetables that has formalin (chemical based pesticides) infection. Chemical based foods like the one being manufactured in commercial industries have toxic residues which our body could not tolerate and fight back and which creates multiple illnesses to us if not put out these toxic residues from our body. This toxic residues is medically called “side effects”

But natural foods have no any toxic residues unless they were nurtured inorganically or with chemicals based pesticides like formalin which is used to embalm dead people. Yes, organically nurtured fruits and vegetables are free from toxic residues brought by chemicals, thus they are safe to put into your bodily system and could help you to live a healthy life and enables you to live long.

Organic natural foods could also help your body detoxify naturally and repair damage cells and tissues quickly, and strengthen your body naturally.

 

To Live Easy?

Brief Summary: To live easy is in this planet is not easy because they are factors which makes life hard and miserable like sickness.

In our current generation today to live easy is really farfetched. It is too impossible that you can live without any worries and anxieties and live easy as much as possible. With millions of people inflicted with worry and anxiety type diseases or with anxiety disorders as well as cancerous inorganic foods and drinks we intake and some unpleasant side effects of chemical based pharmaceutical drugs used in medication that only bring havoc to many on their health rather than curing their illnesses and diseases, it worsens it and complicates it more; how can one live easy and live long and live a healthy life? Not to mention about financial problems; if you already have sufficient money to spend to all your needs and necessities, what more is the one who does not have any money to spend or to get all one’s needs and necessities?

One who does not have any money has a lot more worries and anxieties and fears to handle than one who has money. For one who has money worries only how he or she can live a healthy life and able to live long or how to live a long healthy life and struggle to live easy. But what about the one who does not have any money; will he or she worry first how to live a healthy life? Certainly he or she will not, rather one will worry first how he can survive today; how he can fill up his hungry stomach, and from this struggle to survive each day and fill up his hungry stomach, one is tempted to rob and to steal just only to fill-up his hungry stomach. Others, who are stricken with moral enslavery, prefer to die in starvation than to rob or steal just to live long.

Ignoring such reality and striving to live easy while others live hard is hard to digest if you preach people how to live healthy or to have a healthy living so that one could live long and live easy lives. Truly, if you ignore such reality, you are already showing that only financial rich people could live long or could live a long healthy life but the financially destitute could not subscribe to healthy living and could not have healthy lives, as well as could not live long because they do not have any money to pay for it. As if there is a payment on how to live a healthy life.

You cannot live a healthy life while the people around you continually suffer and the society is slowly deteriorating and rottening. For how can you say that what you eat is safe and healthy if you do not handle first hand their manufacturing? How can you say that the fruits and vegetables you brought in the market could give you a healthy life if you do not know who planted them and how they planted it? Will you ever know the favorite fruit or vegetable you eat everyday which you think could make you healthy and will gave you a long life is infested with cancerous pesticides while they were nurtured in the farm they were harvested and brought into the market which you often buy fruits and vegetables? How can you be sure unless they are organically nurtured and not chemically nurtured and unless you personally planted them?

 

Health Problem

Health problem is always the problem we mostly problem about, is not it? We struggle to live a healthy lifeand avoid sickness and diseases, so that we could live long. Healthy Living is our prime goal in our life.

A health problem is not always has something to do with having colds, flu or fever, or diseases rather it is how we could live a healthy lifestyle or how to live a healthy life without any threat of any sickness or diseases. It is a continual struggle to live long, and in order to live long is to have a healthy lifestyle or healthy life. This is what we called health problem because we problem this issues much and striving hard to get away from sickness and diseases and from harmful viruses and bacteria that could deliver us into what we fear of which is to be ill and caught diseases, and that could impair our struggle to live long.

Moreover, another major factor that could impede and pull us away from experiencing a healthy living and to experience long life or to live long is the scarcity and destituteness of money and right information about what we eat and drink. These two major factors actually bring us so many headaches even more if we are financially poor and have no right and proper education or access to right information. One must sacrifice his or her health first by working hard in order to get money that will keep his or health or that will keep one alive or that could make one live longer and have a healthy lifestyle or to gain access to a healthy living.

Money is not only the thing that keeps us alive but also right information that we feed our mind and that we live up every day. Right information saves us from contacting a debilitating disease and leads us to live a healthy life and to live long. For we could not know that drinking red wine is good for our health if we do not know the information about red wine.

Financially rich people worry much how they could keep their wealth or money ,so that they could keep their rich and healthy sustenance, and fear to fall into poverty and bankruptcy, while Financially poor people worry much how they could get wealth and money for their sustenance and living and fear to fall into starvation or early death. Both financially rich and poor people have only one motivational problem they always think of and that fuels and drives them in their purpose of living that is their respective Health problem. For without health, how can one continue to do what he wanted to do in his life? If one is bombarded with many sickness and diseases, will he able then to do what he wanted to do in his life? Certainly not! Is not it?

Moreover, sick people have no access to the lines of happiness, that is, Strength, Vitality, Power, and Freedom. They do not have the strength to get up and move wherever; they do not have the vitality to speak loud and say “Yahoo!”; they do not have the power to pull or push and lift and control everything around them; and they do not have the freedom to do what they wanted to do and to go what places they wanted to go.

Thus, healthy living is highly important to both rich and poor that is why they struggle both to keep what they have and to get what they need, respectively.

 

Healthy living can be costly nowadays because of the increase of prices of commodities and other stuffs we need in order to survive. Thus, in order for us to live longer, we have to find alternatives how to live a healthy life. Healthy Living between the Poor and Rich

Of all the floating of kinds of diseases nowadays and the outbreak of epidemics and also poverty, how can anyone now live a healthy living? Or can anyone live long if one hasn’t money to buy food and medicine? Certainly, one can’t live long without penny, is not it? Only those who have penny could subscribe to a healthy living and have healthy lives. A financial poor people will eat anything that fills its stomach and have no time to choose which is healthy or not, but those who have penny they have an option to choose which food they would eat and which food is nutritious and healthy to keep their life long. They have money to afford the rising prices of commodities nowadays and have access to information regarding health matters.

However, governments of different countries were now educating their poor sectors how to live a healthy life or how to live a long healthy life despite of their poverties by looking for an alternatives, like planting nutritious vegetable on their backyards, keep a daily personal hygiene and sanitation in their surroundings, and create a simple livelihood to fill-up their financial scarcity, and most of all they should educate themselves about healthy living if they want to live long. Moreover, some governments even offer livelihood loans for the poor.

Simple steps how to live a healthy life

These are for both poor and rich alike; it is not about how much money you have here in order to live a healthy life.

  1. The first thing to do is educate yourself what nutritious food you should eat to make you stronger. Of course, natural foods are said to be nutritious but this food myth has been defunct because some natural foods like the herbal foods are dangerous some recent reports says. Moreover, improper cooking of cassava root crops could poison you like what have happen in the Philippines about children who have been poisoned by a cooked cassava root crops.
  2. Have a potable and clean water to drink. An impurity on the water you drink could cause you some gastro-intestinal disease, so make sure it is pure with no any floating something on it.
  3. Have enough sufficient hours of sleep every night for rejuvenation and refreshment of your body system.
  4. Put out daily bodily toxics properly. When nature calls don’t suppress it, for detoxification is necessary so that you could avoid the colon cancer resulting from not detoxifying your bodily toxics.
  5. Avoid negative stress at any kind, physical, emotional or mental. For did you know that negative stress is the mother of all sickness and ailment. So, therefore keep your stress levels at balance. Do not worry much and do not make a fight or stressful arguments to anyone that will only cause you emotional stress and burden.
  6. Don’t lock-up yourself 24/7 on a four corner room, you got to get up and go out to feel the rays of the sun and fresh air. The rays of the sun, according to health expert could cure depressive attitude and increases our body’s vitamin D.
  7. Live in trust and faith to your fellowmen and to God. For without trust and faith there would be no society and community existing, for it could not exist if one have doubts to one another.
